Laboratory of T Cell Immunity and Diseases Control

Email: lylong@sinh.ac.cn

Tel: 86-21-54920721

Research Areas:
Our laboratory utilize multiple systems biology approaches, such as CRISPR screening and single cell RNA sequencing, regular biochemistry methods, mouse disease models and clinical samples to study the regulation of T cell differentiation and function under pathological conditions such as cancer, autoimmune disease, allergic inflammation and metabolic disorders. The final aims of our research are to identify new therapeutic targets and develop novel intervention strategies for disease control.
